Our studio is situated in the heart of Green Point within walking distance of both the V&A Waterfront, and the Green Point Stadium.With the eaterys and shops a stones throw away and Cape Towns Table Mountain and beaches within a 10 minute drive, you are sure to enjoy your stay with us.

A very cosy & relazed space. Great outside area to sit & eat or relax with lots of lovely sunlight in the morning & afternoon. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave.The en-suite bathroom offers a shower.

Very popular area with many restaurants & eaterys right down the road.
There is also a great supermarket called Woolworths right at the bottom of our road.
This is a nice quiet area with a Guest House directly across the road from us.
The Sea is only 10 minutes away by foot with incredible views of the vast Atlantic & Historic Robin Island, home to Nelson Mandela for over 27 years.
Only 15 minutes away by taxi or bus to the best bathing beaches available (Clifton & Camps Bay)
We have very little wind in our neighborhood which is a great bonus
